Y.O.U. Underwear

Sarah had created her collection of Y.O.U. underwear with her manufacturers in India, however had no design infrastructure in place in order to grow a team of designers or the collection.

I set this up by:

• Creating tech packs and spec packs which meant that manufacturing could easily be moved if needed

• Range plans of CAD silhouettes so Sarah could see the collections at a glance whilst adding in new colours, styles and designs

• Introduction of sock designs creating colour ways and embroidery details

• I also worked with Sarah to create a new bra fit and a new brief style
